The communication was bad. I kept expecting basic updates, but I only really heard anything when I chased them. Even then, the replies were usually late and didn’t really explain much. It felt like something that should’ve been straightforward turned into a messy, stressful process for no reason.

I got the order and everything was actually there, which was a relief. The sizes were right too, so no issues with that. It did take a bit longer than I expected, especially considering the timing of everything, but overall it was good.

I signed up mostly to keep an eye on deals and prices, so I was a little worried the emails from built.com would get annoying fast. But they’ve been easy to deal with, not constant, not cluttering up my inbox.

They show up just enough that I remember to check in, especially if I’m waiting for a better price, but not so much that I feel pushed to unsubscribe. I wish more sites kept it this low-key.

I found what I needed, but the website was annoying to navigate. It felt a little clunky moving between pages, and during checkout I had to double-check a couple of details more than once. It all worked out in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just not exactly smooth either

I grab Built bars every now and then when I need something quick and easy. The protein is solid, but if you’re eating them all the time, the calories and sugar alcohols can definitely Sneak up on you. Some of the flavors taste more like candy than a healthy snack, which is nice sometimes but not exactly what I was expecting. overall, not bad for macros, just not as clean as I hoped...

I actually like some of the products on built.com, but trying to find them in a real store has been frustrating. The site makes it seem like certain items are available in stores, but when I checked around near me, there was barely anything actually on the shelves.

Not saying it’s a scam, but it would be really helpful if the website had more accurate stock info or showed better store options. I don’t always want to order online and wait for shipping, so this was annoying even though the products themselves are fine.

I picked up the limited edition bottle it looks really nice in person. Compared to a lot of similar bottles from other brands, this one feels a bit more special and stands out without trying too hard. Definitely happy I grabbed it.

I wasn’t totally sure I’d like the texture, but it actually ended up being good. It’s soft and chewy, almost like a candy bar, but not so tough that it’s annoying to bite into. It does stick to my teeth a bit, which I’m not thrilled about, so I can’t say it’s perfect. But it tastes good and is surprisingly filling, so I’d give it 4 stars.

I ordered from Built and, it got here faster than I expected. The box was packed really well too, no dents, nothing loose rolling around inside. I’m usually skeptical of all the polished company talk on websites, but this order actually went smoothly. Happy with it...

I had my eye on a chair that was sold out, and I figured it would take forever to come back like it has with other stores I’ve tried. But I got the restock email the next week and ordering it was super easy. It showed up just as expected, and I’m really happy I waited for it...

Just a heads up, the portions in these are really small, way smaller than I expected. On top of that, the packs are a pain to open and serve, which made the whole thing more annoying than convenient. I definitely wouldn’t buy these again.

I’ve ordered from Built a few times now, everything has been fresh each time. The taste and quality are consistent, which I really appreciate because I know what I’m getting. One box did have a couple bars that were a little soft, but they were still totally fine to eat. Overall, I’m happy with it and would order again. I blame whoever runs this for making it way too easy to keep coming back

A lot of protein bars usually mess up my stomach, but these ones don’t at all. I can eat one at work and still feel totally fine after, which is nice.

The promo code showed as valid, but when I tried to check out, it got rejected twice. Come on now, that’s frustrating when you think you’re getting a discount and then it just doesn’t work

I grabbed Built thinking it would be an easy snack between meals, and it was fine taste-wise, like not bad or anything. But after maybe 30 or 40 minutes I was already kind of wandering back to the kitchen looking for actual food. For what it costs, I guess I expected it to keep me full a little longer. It’s not terrible, just… yeah, not filling enough for me.
